General Services Provided:
- Tuition is not subject to adjustment due to illness, vacation, or absence.
- A written notice is required 2 months prior to termination of enrollment contract and 100% refund of deposit.
- Yearly tuition is paid in twelve equal installments, a 10% or (1 month) deposit is required upon enrollment. This deposit will be applied to the child’s final month installment.
- Tuition is due on or before the 25th of each month for the following month. Tuition should be dropped in the tuition box. There will be no tuition installment statements. A late fee of 5% of tuition will be applied if tuition is paid after the 5th of the month.
- A $150.00 non-refundable registration fee is required for children upon enrollment.
Optional Services Provided:
- There is a 2% sibling discount for a second child.
- We are closed for all national holidays, winter break, spring break, and one week in August for teacher work week.
- Students who are not enrolled in the Full Day program (7:00-6:00) and would need early morning daycare a monthly charge of $50 is applied.
- Hourly childcare fee $20/hr. or $200 full day.
- There is a $75.00 return check fee.
- There is a $125 monthly diaper fee.
- There is a late fee of $5/min. Our teachers have personal family commitments. This fee is meant as a deterrent to after hour’s pick-up.
Reason for termination:
14. At the discretion of the Director, a child’s enrollment may be terminated due to the following:
- Physically endangering the safety of another child.
- Excessive, uncontrollable and unacceptable behavior.
- The monthly tuition is over fifteen (15) days late.
- Parent(s) or child causing constant or significant disruption to the class, children, and/or staff for any reason.
- Facility could not meet the need of the child.
- The parents are not respectful to the program & staff.
